finally available again in Us : HP 40gs Graphing Calculator (F2225AA)
Both of my sons were required to have this calculator for their advanced math classes. My older son's stopped working properly at the end of the first school year. We took it back to the store and they were unable to fix it. We went on line to problem shoot but nothing worked. We had to buy another one for final exams. The following year we purchased this required calculator for my younger son. It lasted three months before the higher function calculations stopped working. His educator was unable to outline out what was wrong with it and again the hp troubleshooting guides were no help. My sons friend had the same question and said that he had gotten his second one for less on Amazon. We had no option but to buy another one. Less then a year later this latest calculator is not working. I wrote to the school request why they required this single calculator that is obviously of low quality. I'm still waiting for my answer. I refuse to spend another penny in hp even if it means my son's grade will suffer.
